Over the next five years, we’re transforming our hotels and the way we run them, to bring ourselves bang up-to-date, and make your stay with us even more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a big project, with over £100 million being spent on refurbishment: some hotels have already been completed, and we’re aiming to finish the remainder within the next 12-18 months.
