1. The prize is a one-night stay on a bed and breakfast basis in any Thistle Hotel across the UK. The prize is for up to two adults and must be taken by 31^st December 2008.

2. The prize draw is open to eligible participants only. An eligible participant is a person who has registered their details on the Thistle Hotels Free Prize Draw website, is aged 18 years or over and is resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of Guoman Hotels and Thistle Hotels, their families and relatives, are not eligible to enter the Free Prize Draw.

3. All entries must be received via email by 30th June 2008. Only one entry per participant is allowed.

4. The prize draw will take place during week commencing 7th July 2008. One hundred eligible participants will be selected at random. The winners will be notified by email by Friday 18th July 2008. The winner will be required to confirm his/her acceptance of the prize by Monday 25th July 2008. If the prize is declined or unclaimed, or if the prize winners cannot be contacted using the details supplied, a supplementary winner may be chosen at Guoman Hotels’ discretion.

5. The prize must be reserved two weeks in advance, and is subject to availability.

6. Names of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Guoman Hotel Management (UK) Ltd, Corporate Office, PO Box 909, Bath Road, Uxbridge, UB8 9FH, marking it for the attention of the Marketing department.

7. No cash or credit alternatives will be given and the prize cannot be exchanged for any other product or be re-sold. Travel to and from the hotel and spending money is not included.

8. Guoman Hotel Management (UK) Ltd reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of a similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

9. Guoman Hotel Management (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, terrorism or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Guoman Hotel Management (UK) Ltd.

10. The promotion will be governed by English law and the English courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to it.
